It is the investment holding company for the businesses carried out by the family of YAM Tunku Dara Tunku Tan Sri Naquiah Binti Al-Marhum Tuanku Ja'afar and YM Tunku Datuk Mudzaffar Bin Tunku Mustapha from the royal family of Negeri Sembilan.
